CMCA welcomes as members, meeting planners who believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our unity is in honor of the Gospel. CMCA members include corporate and association meeting planners who are Christians, as well as planners who work for Christian organizations.

It is our goal to uplift our Lord and make a difference for the Gospel in our industry. “Teamwork for the Kingdom” is our motto.

Membership is complimentary to meeting planners who book, or are actively involved in the booking of at least 50 room nights per year. The room nights booked may be in a single city or they can be in a variety of locations.

Christian meeting planners who are in transition are also welcome as transition members. A meeting planner in transition would be a planner who has planned meetings in the past and is considering planning meetings in the future. CMCA membership for these planners is complimentary; there is no minimum number of room nights booked per year required. A planner may be a transition member for one year.

To enroll as a planner member of CMCA, complete the meeting planner enrollment form. You will receive acknowledgement from CMCA upon receipt of the completed form.
