Christian Meetings & Conventions Association, LLC (CMCA) is an organization of meeting planners who are Christians and various suppliers who service their meetings.
Our purpose is to unite believers in the meetings industry. We are unique as an association because our focus is on ministry sharing ideas and friendships. We want to improve our industry as well as encourage you in your Christian walk.
The objective of CMCA is to be a useful resource to the Christian meeting planner and supplier through both national and local events. Our goal is to build a network of support, ministry- sharing and convention and meeting planning ideas. We want to uplift the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the meetings industry.
CMCA currently offers two national events per year. One is in the spring and the other is in the fall.
CMCA has as members corporate meeting planners who are Christians as well as Christian planners who work for Christian organizations. Membership for qualified meeting planners is complimentary.
CMCA offers several databases of information on this Web site for use by members and nonmembers. Feel free to browse the information without charge.
CMCA is a member of the Meetings Industry Council of Colorado (MIC). MIC is a coalition of professional meetings industry-related organizations. Its underlying purpose is to strengthen the relationships among participating organizations through increased communication. Other council associations are: Colorado Society of Association Executives, Denver Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau; Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International; International Association for Exhibition Management; Colorado Festivals and Events Association; International Special Events Society; Meeting Professionals International; National Speakers Association/Colorado; Professional Convention Management Association; Rocky Mountain Business Travel Association; and Society of Government Meeting Professionals.
